Extremely fast response time and great customer service! I had an issue with one of the products in my last box and fabfitfun immediately gave me a credit to try a new product. Refreshing to have a company go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!

I was shocked when I got my spring box, it was shipped in a bigger box with the extra items I had purchased, but the actual spring box was empty had just the paper in it, I am sure that it is a busy time trying to get everybody's boxes processed, and someone thought the box had been loaded when they put it in the bigger box. But Alvin was great I explained and he took great care of me. Thanks for all your help and attention, 1 more thing I did notice that I spent the extra $15.00 and didn't get my free gift? Did I miss something on that.

I received my Spring 2022 box and was not pleased. Truth, I missed the customization window for the annual members but I also felt the communication about that was limited. I emailed customer service, explained my displeasure with the choices. They replied within 24hrs over a weekend....amazing! They offered me the chance to pick 2 more choices to be mailed within 2 weeks. I feel that was fair and the follow-up emails from them were all friendly and warm. I'll keep my subscription!
