I am currently awaiting my box I'm in the UK! Luckily as I have visa an MasterCard if they don't deliver what's promised there are other ways an means of getting your money back, so I await it with baited breath an IL hold no punches when it comes to my beauty vlogging. The thing that really annoys me is alot of the videos promoting fff they are paid promotions an not a true reflection. When I get my box an I start to vlog I will bar no punches People deserve the truth not paid biast. I have an amazing following many in the same boat as I was when I ordered. If it's as good as stated then il hype you upto the hills if it's not, then step your game up before you lose more customers.

The first FabFitBox I got in the Spring was ok not great but ok. Just came from the mail got the Summer box so excited couldn’t wait to open it.....so disappointing!!! There were 8 items in it no cooler none of the cool stuff they show on their site and in their commercials. Pillow case is a joke from China useless makeup sponge can get the same think at Big Lots foot creme roll on oil no fragrance listed? Beach mist and tea toner??? And the Tom sunglasses not a great style and last but not least James Draper straw bag there are way better ones at TJMaxx All in all a big disappointment for the money it looks like they just threw whatever was leftover in a box and shipped it. As soon as I finish this review I will be cancelling my subscription all done with FabFitNofun!

This is the absolutely worst subscription box that ever was, I started getting it at the end of 2018 and over time they have gotten worse with the Breech that they refuse to admit to missing add-on products that I paid for to now the summer box, they took payment out at the end of May and I called today to see where my box was or when it might ship I was told "your box will not ship until July 7th or after" WTH why???? You had NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY BUT I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS FOR MY BOX. This is unacceptable and I will definitely be canceling my subscription. I get alot of boxes and they all ship within 3 weeks of payment no more than 4 and then they give me a discount of extra products if I have to wait long for my box.

After subscribing to fff on 5th May and paying with my credit card (which I have not used since last year), I have had fraudulent charges on my credit card. After looking up fff on the internet, I discovered that they'd had a data breach, which affected customers who made a purchase between 2nd and 6th May. My purchase was on the 5th!!!! I found a letter titled 'Notice of Data Breach' from the fff co-ceo Michael Broukhim on the Vermont Attorney General's website. I contacted customer services, who would not admit the breach. I provided them with information. Got absolutely nowhere, I was just told they would have to discuss it with their second level of support. This was on 10th June and 9 days later, I've still not heard anything. This behaviour is totally shocking and disgraceful. I have a right to know if my personnal details have been stolen. Fff obviously don't think this is a serious issue. UPDATE 2nd July 2020 22 days later and still no-one has contacted me. This is not acceptable. My personal details have been stolen. Fff have you ever heard of data protection. It may not be a serious issue in the US, but it definitely is the UK. Please don't come back and say I wasn't one of the unlucky 600 that you say were affected - I've only used my credit card once this year and that was to make a purchase from your website. To anyone reading this, I would definitely recommend that you DO NOT use Fabfitfun.

Recently there was a data breach at FFF and rather than inform their customers they chose to hide the issue. I only became aware of the issue after my credit card was used fraudulently. When I contact their customer care they were rude and really gave the attitude they couldn't care less. Further to this when I shared what I had found on Reddit & someone shared it on their community forum several people came forward saying they had experienced unauthorized payments on their card; some of these cases happened years ago suggesting it's an ongoing issue. FFF state that only 600 people were affected and they were all contacted but this doesn't seem true. They should have contacted everyone and explained the issue. Had they been open from the start people's trust wouldn't have been ruined. UPDATE: Their email basically states they refuse to do anything about the issue, such as investigate or talk. They continue to state the same things despite the mounting evidence stating differently. Customers are filing complains with their banks who are now looking into this more deeply with their fraud departments. "As we have previously communicated to you, this incident was limited to the Shop extension of our site, and your information was not affected. This is why you, and other unaffected individuals, did not receive a notification letter from us. We appreciate that this incident has been raised as a concern in the Community forum and it is important that all posts are truthful and free of misinformation. Lastly, FabFitFun is aware of, and has complied with, our legal obligations regarding this incident."

Was absolutely loving my subscription to Fab Fit Fun was even going to subscribe to an annual subscription. I decided to participate in the summer add ons and added a $7 dollar sunscreen to my order and they ended up charging me again twice for shipping and handling due to it being transferred to another carrier. So on top of everything for my summer box I'm paying an addition $37 dollars for one $7 dollar item after the exchange. Very sneaky to be able to add it so easily to your cart with out any display of additional shipping costs let alone two more.

Have yet to get my summer box. Says it was shipped 2 weeks ago, but no recent info when I try to track it.

WASTE OF MONEY! worst mistake was buying a box I didn’t get hardly anything in the box itself. The whole reason I wanted the box was for the Michael kors passport holder and of course did not receive one. Instead got four little serum oil. Oh what made it even better... was waiting a month for it!!! i never got sunglasses, a bag or anything big. I WILL NEVER BUY A BOX AGAIN. Unless management can give me a better box. But I’m very unhappy with my box. Do not buy!
