This is a fun subscription box. My only beef is they recently raised prices which I get but it stinks! I love being an annual member and getting to customize my box each quarter. Customer service is fast in their responses!

I had an issue with a couple of my items, not that they’re not great but not what I customized. I reached out and explained my situation and I was relieved to hear that I would be receiving my items soon. I love fabfitfun and their customer service is excellent!!!

The Customer Service individual, Sheena, was kind, caring and addressed the most important issue. She was organized and diligent. I appreciate her attention to the issue. FabFitFun is an amazing organization with lots of HEART! I feel cared for as a customer. My Heart is FULL! They have great deals. They focus on body, mind and spirit. One of the items in my FabFitFun box came with a slightly damaged piece. I wrote in to support and immediately received a response that a new one had been shipped to replace mine and that I can keep the one I have or donate it so I didn't need to have the hassle of mailing it back.

I have been with fabfitfun myself for two years, but have been gifting them for several more years. Not only is their products up to par, but so is the customer service if any problems arise. They are highly efficient so rarely is there a problem.
