I saw tons of youtube videos of ladies opening their boxes. They got such a variety of trinkets, lotion, etc. I paid for my box May 23rd and received it July 7th, after I got an email saying it was shipped June 24th. It takes that long? All that was in my box was body lotion, hair serum, and facial products. NOTHING ELSE!! Ladies DON'T waste your money!! Honestly, order "Singles Swag". You get full size products, they come MONTHLY, and it's only $25 a month. WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I got one fabfitfun box and will never order again. You would think they'd go all out on your "first" box to keep you coming back. Ha! I guess not. I could've gotten all the same products at my local flea market for $20 total. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THUS!! Their customer service is horrible and you'll wait 2 months post payment. That's ridiculous!!!

My account was billed in May. I have not yet recieved my box. When I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Kale the one that was helping me said he has to wait for an email from the warehouse. He said he had no number to contact them. Remind you he works for the company but has no numbers.. Dont lie to me. I called to get answers but only got lies

Their customer service is the worst. I kept being disconnected and had to repay my problem over and over again. It brought the Karen out of me. I had no choice ! No exaggeration, I spent a total of 4 hours on the chat with them. They talk to you like you’re a 3 years old child. “ You have to stay on the browser if you don’t wanna be disconnected “ my PhD in computer science knows how it works. Please don’t patronize me and accept the fact that you have very very very very bad customer service and poor communication. Seriously I kept being disconnected and I had to Repeat my order problem over and over and over again. They are gonna send you a really pity sorry message with a list of cheap items you could get as sorry for screwing up and having the worst customer service. It was very hard to choose between the 7$ Cheap socks and everything, you know. Still took an item just because and cancelling right after. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered in may. Figured if a celebrity like Melissa gorga buys it why not right? Spent $179 with ad ons. I was super excited! No box yet. Every day another lie when I contact customer service. I just want my stuff and my advice ons. New lie is sending me a refund. I don’t want a refund, just my stuff. Customer service is useless. Hope management makes this right!

I would give them no stars but I had to give one to write this review!! RUN as fast as you can from FFF!! They have zero customer service. You wait months to get your items if you get them at all. There is a forum, but if you don’t have a designation after your name (devotee, etc) you are screwed. I ordered $500 of items in May which was the summer box and ended up canceling the box and add ons since I would not receive my items until August. Yes, you pay and then wait and hope something doesn't go wrong!! It’s always an inventory issues or distribution issue. No specifics are provided. I still don’t have all my items from a Memorial Day sale and cannot get a list of what was ordered. You can call, but all you get is a message saying they are busy, you can hold they are saving your place in line and then they hang up. Please do NOT make the mistakes I did by giving this business so many chances!!! RUN!!! I just noticed the same person has left three 5 star reviews within 4 hours ago. Please be sure you are seeing reviews from different people to get a full picture! Like I said earlier in my post, in the forum page for FFF there are positive remarks written by people who are devotee, etc.. You will see positive remarks in the forum, they ALWAYS receive their boxes and trying to give reasons why FFF hasn't sent others out. Seems odd that other people can explain what's doing on with my box!!! I've had a note on my account asking for my review of my summer box, hmmmmmm...I would love to, but wait; I can't because I never received it. Poor to no customer service!! It's a carp shoot.

I ordered the beginning of May for the Editors box and I signed up the day it was available to get. I was able to customize 3 items and it shipped out the middle of this week, I looked today at what my box will have inside and none of the items I chose are in it? I contacted customer service but what would they be able to do, I am receiving 3 body lotions/creams and I only like one of the items, I wouldn’t mind if the other 5 were duds but I was hoping to get the items I chose.

so disappointing!!been. Client for over a year now and I never have been disappointed ever! I was excited to open my box and then blah nope. ! The only thing I liked a little little bit is my cooler bag. Usually there's a bath and body product. Last season I got the three different sized blue China looking bowls. Those where rly nice. I received the Murad essential-C cleanser... Not unique at all can buy cleaner anywhere. A tiny tiny bottle of foot cream... Hate it. Think my add on I picked the blaq mask and eye de puffer. Like it but again the mask is crappy quality. And got the toner. Non of these body products have any info it is just too ai ole too plain and I'm unhappy with it all. The James Draper straw bag is really really low low quality, I'm sorry. But WALMART has much nicer ones. I am disappointment for the money it looks like it is all really low quality and I'm just not happy with it this season. Every other ones been super great I loved them. I wish they would even send past products maybe half size boxes or send us boxes to return ours and trade in for another seasons. Maybe we can return our stuff and get new boxes yay! Other than that. Bye bye fff

My original box was damaged and sent back. The agent I spoke to assured me a replacement box would be sent. My replacement box was sent on June 9 and on June 20 I was notified that one of my add ons would be out of stock. I talked to agents and was assured I would be getting everything else, with minimal customer care. Box shows up today and are any add ons included? No. Fabfitfun also won't take into consideration the exchange rate at the point of purchase until now. Extremely happy I have ended three years with them because I can safely say through all of this it was the worst service I have ever received.
