They gave me credit for the hair clips as i can't use them with short hair. It was nice of them to do that for me.

I love the seasonal boxes!! All kinda new products. Wonderful things that are very useful. Customer service is wonderful to work with if you ever have a concern.

Very understanding A company that makes it easy and comfortable to trust. That don't happen often now a days. I was happy an satisfied with my products an promptness. Due to financial issues I had to stop and instead of drilling me was very compassionate an understanding. When my finances ease up I will definitely come back to FitFabFun. Highly recommend.

I contacted FFF customer support thru their SMS line and immediately received a response from a kind, young man named Kalil. He was very understanding and issued a replacement for my springbox that went missing, even though it said it was delivered to my mailbox by FedEx. (It was not, I know this because I check it every day.) He even went as far as to change my courier for me to prevent this from happening again. He was sweet and empathetic and talked to me person-to-person, staying very professional, while not sounding like he was using any generic "company lines" with me. I haven't had this level of service in years and it's why I'm writing such a detailed review. Thank you Kalil and FFF! I will forever be a FFF member! ✌💚
