I made my first order in March and got my box promptly, loved it. Ordered another box on May 27 and have yet to receive although I have had plenty of promises. Then June 15 ordered the annual so I could get it 4 times a year n save a little. Thinking my May box would be here any day. Called today and canceled my annual subscription. STILL NO MAY BOX and I was watching videos of people opening their New boxes. Seriously I hav no may box to date and people are getti g next box. So yeah very unsatisfied with FFF

They gave me every customization except for what I asked for. They went behind my back and auto changed the customizations I had been so happy to pick; to other picks that I would of never gotten in a million years. I could of gotten better picks at Good Will for a fraction of the price. This treat to myself was more like a cheat to myself. I feel like a fool. I feel like fab fit fun invests in celebrity’s to promote for them but for the customers that are sitting here paying they DO NOT CARE. I also did a whole bunch of add-ons I would of been a high purchasing client until now. I bought the annual membership. I was promised a bonus box I never got. LIES.

I've emailed them 3 times regarding an item that was missing from my box and no one has replied. Its absolutely ridiculously!

Very disappointed with whole experience with FabFitFun. I paid annual subscription before Summer 2020 boxes started shipping out. Initially I was billed on May 7th, 2020. Today it is August 20th, 2020. Summer box still haven’t arrived. I don’t believe it was ever shipped. It is showing they sent out info to shipping company but status never got updated to shipped. In the beginning of July I followed up with them. 2 weeks later they added another summer box which was supposed to ship 3 weeks after. 6 week after additional box was invoiced I sent them another inquiry. I got reply box will ship 4 weeks after successful invoicing. I thought they mixed up with my fall box so followed up again explaining all over again it is regarding summer box. When I received exact same (automated) reply. Looks like no one in customer service is even reading emails. It is very disappointing paying for something a year ahead. Now 3 months and half later my summer box haven’t even shipped yet and it looks like it is impossible to get any updates from customer service.

I decided to splurge and get my first FabFitFun box. The first day of customization and all 3 items I wanted are sold out. I contacted an online representatice to see if something could be done and was told that they only have a certain amount of items and nothing could be done. Due to this I cancelled by subscription and will be looking at other subscription boxes. Too bad because I was really looking forward to receiving these boxes.

It seems as I am not the only one with this issue but here goes my experience.... I purchased a summer box on 7/3/20. After four weeks, I logged into my account for status updates. Unfortunately, there were no shipping details or any indication that there was a box being processed. There was only a invoice indicating my purchase. I contacted the company service via chat twice (one was disconnected). One advised they needed to research the box details and would get back to me in 24 hours. They did not get back to me in that time frame. The other that was disconnected apologized that they couldn't not provide an answer as to why it was delayed but asked to give them a week and gave me a $10 credit. I understand logistic issues especially during this trying time so I took it as a good gesture and waited a week. I reached out the follow week because again there were no updates and no indications of a summer box being processed on the website. The rep advised there was a fulfillment issue. They couldn't not provide a time frame when this would be corrected or when it would ship. I advised them that this is my first experience with the company and was looking forward to getting the items I requested and not some left over items now that it's so late in the season .They "guaranteed" I would receive my box and my customizations request but could not give me no further details.. They again asked me to wait another week. I mentioned I was concerned that I am going to be invoiced for a second box and I don't know the quality of the first or even know if it will arrive. The rep mentioned I am not the only one this has happened to and I can cancel my subscription... it felt very dismissive. But that is what I am doing. Unfortunately, it seems too good to be true.

will not purchase again. could only use three of the items i chose in this box and TWO of those i paid extra for. the coupons in there only work with a purchase which is pointless. on the other hand, some of the products i did not choose are cheap and i have no use for them.

Beware. I ordered my box in May for Sumner. I did not receive it. Reached out to customer service. I was told it was lost during shipping and another box would be sent. That was over a month ago. Very disappointed with service. Frustrated that I paid for.a Product in May and still have not received it 3 months later. I would think they would expedite a box. Unfortunately, i probably will not get the items I customized either. Terrible Customer service!!!!!!
