FabFitFun has been a great gift for my daughter and girlfriend. Their customer service was able to correct an error we had with the last customization. Through emails it was done very quickly and the representative Krizzha went above and beyond to make sure my daughters box was exactly what she wanted. It's great that you get an immediate response from FabFitFun!

The community is my family. It is a place I can go to feel welcome. The box and the edits are an extra bonus to me. I originally signed up for the box and now I stay signed up for the community.

I have all this info in my email. The pen I (probably?) Broke by clicking too many times. If you get the cuticle creme pen, DO NOT snip the top. I guess I'd say only click two times and try pressing down again and again (?) See, I really did not wait?, I guess? Clicked too many times. The tip looked sealed and thought maybe it's like hair coloring bottle. May no other person do this. If it doesn't work contact company. Do not snip top tip. Do not click more than a few times. It's WACKED.

Absolutely love FFF !!! Where else so you get to pick every item in your box!! I am always so happy with each selection and love finding new products.

FabFitFun is the BEST thing I do for myself! The box is filled with high quality surprises; and the community is TREMENDOUS. I've been a member of a number of 'boxes' - and I've ended my affiliation with all of them except FFF. The others can't touch the standard set by FFF; and I'm not willing to invest the time or dollars for substandard imitations.

I love my FFF boxes!! It something that I look forward to 4 times a year. It’s exciting waiting for spoilers to see what options we have. I’ve been getting boxes since 2018 and I’ll continue to get boxes 😄
