Had an issues with my order. Was cleared up and I was refunded part of my order and given a replacement item. Very good service and I will continue to order boxes.

Fabfitfun is great with some good sales with quality items and the boxes offer unique items that always much more than cost. I’ve had subscription over 2 years and only had couple of issues that customer service was far above any I’ve dealt with in past. They answer concerns quickly, friendly and knowledgeable. Love Fabfitfun company and customer service.

I love receiving my fabFitFun boxes. I was a snowbird this year and my Spring box got lost. They quickly looked into the issue and tho I could no longer get a Spring box they sent my Summer box next day.

I was very impressed with FFF's customer service! My concern was addressed promptly and I was very happy with the resolution of the problem. FFF made sure I received what I paid for. Their customer service is amazing and one of the reasons I love dealing with FFF!

I love the value of FabFitFun! The products are great, and I love the variety of items that I can pick from. Most of the time, I have a hard time picking just one, and will purchase more items to add to my box. The cost to add items is very reasonable as well. Overall, I recommend FabFitFun for everyone!
