I asked for help customizing my box after the close of customization, because there had been a death in my family and I was travelling to attend the memorial service during the customization period. Nathan was very helpful, understanding and accomodating and I therefore was able to customize most of the box, though a few items were sold out.

I was locked out of my account so I contacted costumer service and they got back to me in a timely fashion. Explained the steps I needed to do clearly and efficiently so that I could reset my account. Then enjoy all the amazing things FabFitFun has to offer :)

i had an extra thing in my cart that while fun and everything i had already picked that same item for my box and i didn’t need a second one and she spent for ever with me fixing the issue so she is great

Looks like my order was shipping and after 10 days have passed no tracking. This is the first time this has happened. I send a message and WOW - got a FAST response. Impressed!! Love me some FABFITFUN

Purchased a $200 gift certificate for a gift for a friend to use to purchase the annual membership. Four weeks later the email came out for the mystery bundle if you signed up for annual membership. I wrote customer service to see if my friend could still get the mystery bundle since she had just purchased the membership a few weeks before with the gift certificate. They very quickly responded to email and took care of it! Terrific custmer service!!!!!

I received my box and had some issues. First, a set of earrings included would not latch closed. Secondly, I was missing items from my box. The customer service rep was very helpful and responsive. I was issued a refund for the earrings as they were no longer available and the missing item was shipped out. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. I will definitely keep shopping here!
