In my fabfitfun summer box, 1 item was missing. I email them & also in fabfitfun chat to ask what happened. I received an email right away, and send my digital tracking information of what I received. Mistakes happen, 1 item was missing that I paided extra for in my customization which was the Foxybae hair blowout brush Pro. The customer service guy said I should receive one in the mail soon. Customer service at fabfitfun was very helpful and responded very quickly. I love fabfitfun boxes, very happy with my items that I did received, and looking forward to the Foxybae item in the mail! FFF has great customer service. My box arrived damaged and over half the items were ruined. FFF asked for a picture then offered a FULL replacement. I spoke with one person and the problem was resolved within 15 minutes. They truly want their customers to be happy!
