Scam. My wife was considering purchasing their subscription and placed a few items in her cart. The FabFitFun team, on their own accord, checked her out without my wife's consent. They berated her on the phone claiming thats e-commerce how it works. IMO, kind of defeats the purpose of a cart vs. check out. Since this we have tried to cancel all affiliation with this company and our credit card company helped until this week when they just billed us again. To date we have received nothing but a nightmare of customer service, over $500 charged to our credit card and never received a single package. I cannot emphasize this enough, it is a scam.

Time to say goodbye to FabFitFun. Everyone tells me they gave up a year or more ago, but I stuck with it, thinking every box was a one off... And then the winter 2020 box arrived and it is a complete rip off. Plus, I had add on's and had removed some from shopping cart, but they ignored and charged me over 200.00 for products where the box flaps were even opened and everything thrown into the box with zero organization or presentation. I suppose if you are a seasonal subscriber as opposed to yearly, the product value becomes less appealing. So, it is now a no for me. I am out. Nothing Fab, fit, or fun about the last couple of boxes. Mandy from FabFitFun followed up via email. I responded, but there was no further follow up by her or company to confirm our correspondence or compromise. Still waiting.

Shipping is the issue Pitney Bowes has kidnapped my package. It has been sitting 40 miles away in Maryland for at least 5 days. I live in the dc metro area and my sister in Arkansas received her box over a week ago. This is poor planing and poor management. Do not bid for a job if you can’t do it. Did you even read the review!!! The robot answer does not apply. It left the warehouse 3 weeks ago. It is just sitting in maryland for the past 5 days. Original date was to be delivered on nov 18. 10 days ago!!!!!

The Box is amazing. Their customer service may be some of the worst. Talk about leaving the customer on the lurch. Thanks for nothing!

Just signed up for a year because I kept getting emails about this GREAT stuff and such a great price. What a joke and scam. Everything is sold out, or if its not its extra money!!!! How do you get away with this? I want my money back. I have been on chat for 15 minutes. I just sent an emailing asking this this scam to be cancelled and not to charge me. What a waste of my time. UPDATE I FIND IT FUNNY FABFIT can response to a public bad complaint, but you CANT'T or WONT respond to my chat or email, requesting my refund??

Omg horrible!! Worst box yet! I have been receiving these things for 5 years and finally cancelled my yearly subscription! Are you kidding me!! A leopard scrunchy, a tooth whitening set, cutting boards and a velvet headband!! They ought to be ashamed of themselves charging $50 for this absolute crap. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Terrible website that repeatedly glitched, causing me to repeatedly need to contact customer support. Customer support was totally unable to resolve the problems each time, causing me to be unable to pick any of the items in my box and later causing them to be suddenly unable to process my billing information. These problems were repeatedly blamed on me or my credit cards until eventually they admitted it was their website that was at fault. Spent hours trying to troubleshoot these difficulties with them only to give up and ask for a refund, which I got partially...I received only 1 box out of 4 and they made sure to keep more than a quarter of the cost of my annual membership. This is even though their website was hacked and my information compromised. Also be prepared for boxes to arrive a month or more late...I received my "summer" box in September. I recommend avoiding this company, unless you enjoy broken websites, weeks spent dealing with customer service, and your personal information being stolen by hackers.

I have been a fab fit fun customer for 2 years. I pay yearly for the upgraded service. For the winter box I missed the deadline for customization. I literally received all the crap no on wanted. I am sooooo disappointed in what I received I don’t feel I want to renew after this. I would have rather spent $50 on one product I liked rather than a box full of nothing.
