I am so disappointed by the 2022 Fall box I received. Bowls, measuring cups, and dryer balls. Seriously? I used to get so excited to receive this each season but now it is a game of will my box be okay or just straight sad. Just more items I’m going to have to give away. It is not worth the money AT ALL. You are better off buying the products on their own. This is my 4th year using the service and the boxes used to be amazing, I don’t understand what happened.

My fall box was a disaster when it arrived at my house! The shampoo had been opened and everything inside was soaked! They replaced the shampoo.

Shipping company lost my box. I'm sure it was stolen because it's written all over it a fff box. Now what I wanted is out of stock! I had to pick something else I didn't want. She gave me a $10 credit for a fall item. I needed items in this box for a trip. By the time I get it I will be back from the trip. I pd for a year in advance and can't wait to be done. Won't renew

I have been waiting for this package that you took money from my account for over a month ago! This really needs to be resolved ASAP! I either want my money refunded ASAP or I want my order ASAP! The tracking information says a label was created 8/26 and it is now 9/7 and I am still waiting.

It would be a fun deal if they would ship the stuff. Right now it’s a huge work up then shipping drops the ball. Every dang time. So it’s Marshall’s and Tuesday Mornings for me

I loved my fabfitfun subscription initially, but the quality of products has drastically gone downhill in the past two years. The main problems being the majority of the customization options are out of stock and then the rest are an extra $15 on top of the box price. Not much of an option to me.....And now the items offered are lackluster like towels, glass jars, and woven baskets.

FFF was a fantastic box when I first began my membership about 3 years ago, however lately sometime after spring 2021 things changed and I must say not for the better: boxes would not be delivered, tracking system became a nightmare, oversold items, missing items from add on sale boxes, etc. As an annual we pay a premium to have access to the sale but also to the boxes on a first basis not a ramdomly selected base which is what has been happening lately - many seasonal members are receiving boxes and items from the sale before annual members taking away from their inventory and resulting in oversold items and multiple forced refunds that create impossible delays and more missing boxes. In other words, FFF mist find its center once again and become the exciting fun box it once was.
