My box got lost in shipping and I contacted customer care and Cara helped resolve the issue. She had all the information at hand and was able to send me another box. Fabfitfun is the best subscription service out there with excellent products and excellent customer service!

I had a box go missing, turns out it was either lost in transit or stolen during that time. I reached out to customer service and they responded the same day. They offered to resend my box and refund my add-one simply because they were sold out of the items I had purchased. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and kind. I know I only corresponded via email but during that time Aki and Heather were wonderful. Their emails were thoughtful and caring. This company cares about their customers and I would recommend these boxes to anyone.
