I really wanted to like them but…
I really wanted to like them but shipping is the worst. I understand Covid delays, but no other vendor I work with has these issues. My current order that was guaranteed before Christmas was placed on Black Friday. According to my tracking, there is a label for this order but no shipper has even picked it up as of 12/18. My last order took many weeks to ship and then sat at a USPS faculty for a couple weeks before shipping to my PO. I live in the WDC suburbs so shipping is generally not an issue. I called USPS for the last order and was told because the vendor shipped it in the least expensive category, they only put it on a truck when there are no other packages shipped at a higher level. Also, my experience is that they over-sale items such as jewelry from the perspective of their associated retail prices. They often seem unrealistic when received. One item with listed retail prices at more than $100 were an embarrassment to wear or give. If they accepted returns I’m sure they would come back. With that said, their customer service reps are very polite and nice. They are not empowered to help with concerns such as shipping, but you feel like they would try if they could. I’ll be cancelling my membership.
