I placed my first order and it said it was delivered well I never got it I have been talking with someone and they sent me out a new package I really want to keep this but if I do not have my box in next 30 days I will not pay for it again!

They're always late I'm getting their packages from California to here anytime I order anything else from California it gets here within a week this package came to Texas last week where I am located and now it has left and went to Indiana which is ridiculous!

I have been a satisfied customer of FFF until the last summer box, which was not the same quality as previous boxes. The Fall box was worse. The Winter box was vomitous. It looked like garbage was swept up off the warehouse floor, dumped into the box with no packaging to guard against breakage, and sent on its happy little way. The product in the winter box (except for Dr. Brandt product) looked like it came from a Family Dollar store. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told that I needed to pack the box up and return it at my expense before a refund would be issued. I told them that this was a problem of their making and that I would not be returning the box. It wasn't until I mentioned that I am a lawyer that they changed their mind and decided to issue a refund if I would provide them the tracking number. I sent a photograph of the tracking number. Nothing happened. It wasn't until I floated the idea of a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all disappointed customers that I got a response. Within a matter of a few hours I got an email saying that FFF is not set up to issue refunds but that they were making an exception in my case. How they are "not set up to issue refunds" is beyond me. I received my refund within 12 hours. FFF has really mishandled this mess. They were not responsive to complaints and they issued the same scripted responses time and time again to everyone who complained in the "comments" section of every one of FFF's cheery and happy posts. They either didn't care or they were unable to figure out what to do with the mess they created. I have canceled my subscription. There is no way that I would ever order from them again.

I never received my Winter box. It is posted that it was delivered in November but I never received it. I chatted with a customer rep on Dec 10th and sent an email inquiry and was told I would get a replacement box. I was told I would get an email about it, but never did. I also can’t find any information regarding a replacement box on my account. I just sat in the queue for the live chat for 45 minutes and then was disconnected. So frustrating. I hope I can get my replacement box.

I am so very disappointed. I ordered items as gifts which were supposed to be given as gifts. Today is Christmas Eve and my order is still in transit, These items were guaranteed for Christmas. Even if the box arrives on Christmas day, that is too late. We open gifts in the morning. Today I will have to go out shopping for replacement gifts. I ordered all my gifts online this year, some as late as last week and all have been delivered. FFF is the only one having delivery issues, I am extremely dissapointed.

If I could give no stars that would be better. Terrible shipping company that they choose to utilize. Ive emailed them for the last 3 weeks regarding my box that literally sat in their warehouse for 8 days after they claimed it was shipped! Im tired of the “covid” and “holiday” excuses. Not one other company is having these major delays the FFF is allegedly having. They had no issues taking my money Nov 25th! My box has been “shipping” and “in transit” for 4weeks!!!! Bogus delivery dates given to me came and went 3 times! Today it just says “unavailable”. Im done being patient. Done. Pitney Bowes was a terrible choice and by the way others have reviewed, I'm not the only one.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered the Fitbit fun box annual subscription. After a month and I still have not received a tracking number I emailed them. I received an email saying they made a mistake and it was never shipped. I contacted customer service at the phone number that was provided and waited on hold for 15 minutes before somebody answered. When they finally answered they offered me a $10 credit. A totally unacceptable resolution for a Christmas present from my daughter. I explained the situation to them and asked if it could be shipped FedEx. She put me on hold and after a total of 35 minutes waiting, she disconnected the call. She had my contact phone number. But never called me back. Customer service rep was Ria. So disappointed. I am seriously considering canceling my entire subscription and getting something else.

I have been waiting patiently over a month for my box to ship, understanding that there are delays due to Christmas and covid. I finally contacted customer service to see what the status of my box. That is when I was told that some of the items I had purchased were not available. So fabfitfun didn't contact me letting me know my items weren't in stock, and if I hadn't contacted them my box would not have shipped out. Then I'm the one that had to catch with customer service that the item that wasn't in stock had used my credit that was given to me by fabfitfun when the emails were compromised. So if I wouldn't have caught that my credit would just have disappeared all due to errors on fabfitfun and not reaching out and contacting me. Overall, the Box can have some great deals but oftentimes are dealing with a lot of problems with the business and even if there are some items you choose you might not even get them.
