There was a mix-up during my move, and the people who bought my house, unfortunately, kept my box. FabFitFun customer service corrected the problem and let me customize my Fall box. I'm excited to get back on track and receive seasonal boxes again. They were quick to respond to my emails and took care of me right away! :)

I was sent 2 items that I did not choose for my box this season and felt really disappointed so I contacted customer service and without hesitation I was offered 2 mystery items free of charge that will ship separately also for free. I thought it was great customer service and they responded very quickly. I have been a member of fff for nearly 10 years and this was only my second time contacting customer service for an issue and I think that’s pretty awesome! It can get very pricey with all of the add ons available but they are at massive discount and I just love that it’s not just makeup or beauty.. plus you don’t have to add anything extra if you don’t want to. I Definitely recommend you try it out, you can always cancel after the first box And they pretty fast with shipping too. Lots of cool stuff over the years and things you can actually use!

Russell fixed an issue that should have been resolved the last time time I called. My last box is the fall box and I don't want to renew my annual. The incompetent cs agent canceled my fall box, I told her I wanted it and she told me she reactivated the fall box and add ons, a lie! Russ set up the fall box didn't charge me and apologized. Give that man a raise!!!
