I was so disappointed in FabFitFun. I recently ordered the winter box new subscription Dec 20th 2020. I was surprised 4 times in this order. It took a long time to get package, I was charge two different payments 1 day apart, I tried speaking to customer service and first time she said you can't return box than change her mind and said you can or get 30% off second charge. I went to 3 different places to send back and they wanted to charge $65.00 the box should of cost me $43.44 but cost me $43.44 second charge $38.04 total of $81.48. I called again different customer service person said he would give me 50% off second charge of $38.04. I was very disappointed in the customer satisfaction and the items they sent totally not worth the money you pay. I would never recommend this company to anyone, Such a Scam Company Not Honest or Loyal To there Customers.

There was a promo for a free full sized box with annual subscription. I signed up for the year and didn't see the promotional box on my account. I contacted customer support and they said there was no such promo. They had me send them screenshots of the website from my computer to prove it was there and still refused to honor it even after seeing the proof.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I tried FabFitFun out for about a little over a year and have NEVER been able to pick all of my choices not to mention it took me awhile to figure out how to navigate their site. I was Soo excited for the summer box, I set my alarm an hour early to make sure I got to pick my choices and the choices would still be in stock. I was wrong. I was still excited though because I did get to pick the one item I wanted most. It is set up so you pay automatically. Payment was due the day that I have money automatically transferred into my spending account. I figured I'd better double check that the payment hadn't gone through yet and it appeared it had not. Some time went by and I was anxiously waiting for my box to show, it seemed to be taking awhile. It had been about a month so I checked my email to see if I had any new mail from FabFitFun. I actually did have something new. Not a month ago when it should have been.. notifying me of the funds issue... but a month later they sent me an email saying I had insufficient funds for the summer box, but that they ran it back through and they were now out of the summer box. I could cancel but by the time I got the email it was too late...they already billed me for the crap we can't sell box. I checked my bank account again and yes I missed my automatic transfer by 2 hours but they didn't let me know until it was too late. The box came and it was full of junk. Stuff from past boxes that I already had that sucked!!! Fifty bucks wasted!!! There isn't one item I want to keep. I am so angry. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me payment didn't go through and they waited a month to bill me again for crap they couldn't sell. It is so not worth it. Don't waste your money. You will be disappointed and I know I am not the only one. I know a lot of people canceled after one box. I wish I would have cancelled sooner.

I was very excited when I got my first box from fabfitfun. Everything was as expected. However when I got more involved in my subscription and started ordering things from the sale edits things started to get messed up. I was accidentally charged 2x for an annual subscription that I did not want. I also tried to order a few makeup items in a sale that I was super excited about receiving in time for Christmas. However, I was charged for those items and never received them. Not only did I not receive them, but I never got a notification about them missing. I ordered them before my winter box and I expected them to come before Christmas. Not only was my winter box late, but the items that I purchased were completely missing. I had to sit on the phone for an hour going over every single purchase I made in order to figure out what happened. And because customer service can see more things than you can on your account it was extremely difficult to find out about these missing items. All in all my winter box was late and now I have to wait for 2 more weeks to receive the items that were missing and should have arrived before Christmas. I know during this pandemic all shipping has been delayed but I feel like as a company you should have more communication with your customers. There is no excuse for taking my money and not sending me my items! That's literally stealing from your customers! You need to be on top of your business more. And as a suggestion I think the customers should have access to an itemized invoice on their account. We should be able to go into our own account and see exactly each item that we purchased, when we purchased it, when we were charged and when it was shipped. It's not right that I have to spend an hour on the phone trying to figure out what happened to a complete order that was totally missing and I dont have any way to see an itemized list of what I purchased but a stranger over the phone can. Then I have to sit there and try so hard to describe each item in detail so they can find it. That's excessive, unnecessary, complicated and completely avoidable if I could just see an itemized purchase history. I've been very disappointed in fabfitfun lately and I honestly think I'll be canceling my subscription for them taking my money and not even sending me the products I ordered. Thats totally wrong and then when I asked to speak with a supervisor they were "all in a meeting and unavailable" that's sketchy and very bad for business. Not good at all.

I cancelled by Box after it was invoice/paid in November and I had not received it by the end of December. I asked for a full refund. Very poor service and I do not believe that it can all be blamed by the carriers. Was never given tracking information.

I ordered fabfitfun over a year ago and received a few boxes. I loved the boxes and all the products. lots of great quality items. I decided to resign for a seasonal membership and also one for my mom for Christmas. I figured with not shopping so much it would be a nice surprise every few months. I received my winter box and COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED!! What they don't tell you is that they no longer send those cute boxes (which I reuse) and ship in just a box that says fabfitfun. The presentation is HORRIBLE. It is a large box that has a few items thrown inside with several advertisements from HBO, green chef, fabfitfun, etc to sign up with them. I received a Chinese face mask that is so cheap, a face brush that I can get at target and a few other not great products. all alongside crumpled brown paper. Literally looks like they just threw whatever was left in my box. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that I ever purchased the year for my mom. I told her how fun it is and how cute the boxes are and all the high end items......WOW. I reached out to fabfitfun to cancel my yearly subscription and to receive a refund back on my card for the unused portion. They said there are no refunds. BEWARE. I would be completely embarrassed if I were them.

I am not a customer nor do I have a subscription ... however yesterday 3 transactions were charged to my credit card costing € 250 - € 250 - € 50, for a total of € 550 ... I have not received any emails and I don't understand how these transactions were charged and for what! I would very much like an explanation as well as an immediate refund!

I love FFF and have been a loyal customer for a few years now, and spend a lot of money with them each year. I have a seasonal membership and am charged $200/year. I’m extremely disappointed in the shipping, billing and customer service. I was notified at the end of November that I was billed for my winter box. I was then notified that my box shipped on 12/2. A week later I tracked it and there was no movement. I gave it some time and still no movement. Eventually I emailed customer service explaining that there was no movement and that I was worried it was lost. A rep emailed me back, essentially asking me to be patient and to email again in 14 days if I still hadn’t received my box. I waited 15 days and reached back out. I still have not heard back from that email. I decided to reach out via direct message on Instagram yesterday explaining everything. That rep confirmed that my box was lost in transit by Pitney bowes and that they will send me a replacement in 2 weeks from now. I thanked them and asked if my customizations for the box would still be honored when they send the replacement and if they can offer some sort of discount for the month of waiting. They replied offering me 1 of 5 free items, all valued at $10 tops and never answered if my customizations would be honored. I replied thanking them for the offer but letting them know none of the options appealed to me and asking if there was anything else they could do. They offered me a $10 credit. I then explained that Ive been waiting a month and was just told they won’t be sending a replacement for another two weeks, which will inevitably take 2 or more weeks to get to me (or get lost again). When all is said and done I’ll have waited 2 months to receive my box after being charged. Not only should the replacement be sent immediately, it should be expedited through anyone but Pitney Bowes, and additionally they should be refunding a portion of my payment or at least offering me more than a $10 apology. Furthermore, I’d like to at least know that my new box will be coming with my specified customizations, as I know they have a limited stock of their items. To say I’m disappointed in my latest FFF experience is an understatement.
