I made a dumb and very costly mistake while ordering from the seasonal add on. Chris in customer service was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful to fix MY flub. Top notch care from customer service.

I accidentally ordered an annual subscription ( by putting the annual subscription in my cart. To check the price with tax and shipping and all of that, Turns out if you do that, it just automatically purchases it) so I emailed in asking how to cancel it? Well… I did end up just keeping the annual subscription. But they did a great job explaining things. But it would have been a hassle as they explained I would have had to cancel the annual subscription, and made a whole new email and then to go back to get the seasonal box instead of them just resetting my current accoun. Anyways.. I feel they did do a great job over all. 👍🏼

I decided to renew my membership to Fab Fit Fun and I didn’t add the code that I needed to get the extra box and some other things that they offered. I called customer service and Lance took care of all my issues and questions. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly…just all-round amazing. It was a wonderful experience and I’m glad I’m decided to come back.
