Wish I had been contacted about billing problem for my add on purchases. I lost my bank card and received a new one. And did not get my choices for my box. Don’t want some of the things I was sent. I am a yearly Subscriber. May cancel next year

I didn't get something I ordered, it was an add on. I learned that you have 2 weeks after getting your box to let them know. But I opened a chat and had to go to an eye appt. Frank was still there when i got back he continued the chat and sent me an email. He is sending me my shampoo. so nice

Love love FFF. The only complaint I have is somehow they got an old address ( ex husband's house) and started sending to that address and it happened twice. Both times the customer care team was very apologetic, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I love the products that come in my FFF Box.

FabFitFun is one of my favorite boxes. I love the customizations. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because I would prefer text communication vs email to know when customizations are open.
