While my experience in chat was great, I am extremely disappointed in Fab Fit Fun. You continue to use LSO for shipping even though you continue to have delivery issues with them. I know I am not the first guest to have these issues, nor will I be the last. Having to wait 14 days to report my box as missing to then be told the items I chose were no longer is extremely frustrating and disheartening. Especially considering the amount of money this box costs. Do better.

I had an issue with a damaged item that was resolved quickly. However when companies ship their customer service overseas, they need to set up a system to manage time zones. Getting a text about a defective product at 11:30 at night is simply in acceptable.

I am not happy with the company’s policies on orders. Or with the communication I receive about a change in an order. I canceled my annual subscription a couple of years ago and a friend convinced me to try again. After one box, order issues happened again and I’ve cancelled my subscription after two months.

I've been an annual member for three years, and a seasonal subscriber a few years before that. FFF used to be excellent but I am starting to get products I've already received in recent boxes. I understand that they may run short on items, but first they should take care of customers that buy subscriptions in advance and second, maybe review previous shipments before they ship off the boxes. My friend has a seasonal subscription and when I compare items I've received, it's very upsetting. They should be more focused on their subscription boxes but seem more concerned on the never ending add on sales they try to push on you

don't like the fact that you have to pay first before you can see the items that are actually available. luckily I was able to get a refund.

Just super bummed that I missed out on a lot of items in this box. My milk bath opened and leaked over everything. I threw them away before I even thought to take pictures to document it. Wish I would have had a heads up because that’s $50 down the drain..0

I joined FFF two years ago! At first the boxes were exiting like Christmas morning exiting. However, this last year my boxes reminded me of IPSY very sample like, each box was smaller and not exiting at all. This last year I had the yearly membership where you get early access to pick your items and every time the nicer items were sold out within minutes of login in. After being disappointed with each box, I finally decided to canceled. Kinda weird I cancel and my last box was half the size of the normal boxes I received products with sample on it (literally says sample) my last box had: a little SAMPLE bottle of eye drops Tube of eyelash repair Small sample of eye repair cream One pair of under eye patches And soap The only thing that was kinda of nice was their mini veggie chopper (These we’re the only items to choose from even with early access) paying $200 for samples I rather just get IPSY for way cheaper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY you can spend less on these items at target and get full size items.

Would have like to speak with someone over the phone to explain the situation and come to an understanding, email was ok but I think I was dealing with 2-4 people
