Hi Alessandra! Thank you for leaving us a review! It is always a priority to provide a seamless experience to our members, and we’re sorry we fell short. Our policy requires to wait 14 business days of no movement for orders to declare it as lost. We had a look into your account and it looks like a refund has been processed as per your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to settle back to your account. Also, it looks like your Spring Box tracking has been updated and it is currently on its way to you! We are a seasonal subscription box service so we do not offer a one-time box, however, we always send email notifications to all members prior to their renewal. Hi Tanya! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We understand the urgency and the excitement to receive your box and we apologize for the confusion this has caused,. Please note that the processing of seasonal boxes may take up to a month of successful billing, often much quicker. It appears that FedEx has already received your basic information however, it is still being processed which is why the tracking link hasn't been updated yet. As soon as it leaves the warehouse, the tracking link will be updated. Shipping may then take up to 7-10 business days from the day it departs the FedEx location. We hope this helps to clarify and we hope we can surpass your expectations in the future!

Hi Phaedra! We've looked into your account and it looks like you have updated your shipping address on February 18th. Processing of orders for Annual members this season started on February 10th. Since the address wasn't updated on or before the 10th of Feabruary, your box was shipped to your old address. We would like to help you further!
