Knowledge and understanding

Jade was very nice and helpful. I am yet to receive my very first box. I’m hoping that it lives up to all of my expectations. And Jade gave me a new code to use because the vera Bradley code wasn’t working.

I have been a member of FabFitFun for nearly 3 years and have always had exceptional and fair customer service. They are a company I truly feel does care about the happiness of their customers. They are constantly adding new items and shipping to Canada is a breeze (even though I wish it was a bit less expensive - alas, FFF can only solve so many of the worlds problems lol). I’ve recommend FFF to numerous friends and family, have purchased them as gifts, and have found so many brands through the subscription. It’s my favourite time of year getting a box! Thank you for your amazing platform and for constantly looking for ways to improve and connect with your clientele.
