Ok I will try to be nice. First box came on the double no problems with shipping. I liked it so I was hooked so I decided to get the spring box. BIG MISTAKE!!! Took my 50 bucks and I haven't seen that box yet! It's almost summer and I know I'll NEVER get it!!! Their customer service is non existent! They even eluded that I was lying when I told them about not receiving my box yet. Don't waste your time & money on them!!! Believe me you'll be disappointed and out 50 bucks!!!

As with many others, items were missing from my Spring box. Not lnly were items missing, what I did receive was a CHEAP plastic cactus cup and CHEAP plastic makeup organizer, both could be picked up for 1.00 at any Dollar Store! If you research the value of the products, most are nit what they claim. The Monroe watch featured can be purchased for 12.99 on EBay. These boxes arenot worth 200.00, let alone 49.99. Then they keep prompting you to "upgrade". The Winter 2020 box was never received , even though I was told a second would be sent, and no refund issued!

I got on to find out where my spring add-on was. I found out that it wasn't coming because there was an inventory issue, I.e out of stock. I'm upset about this because a customer service agent manually placed that order for me because there was previously an issue with my payment, where they had to inactivate and reactivate my whole account just so I can add another payment, which held up this entire process. So at the time of the customer service agent placing this order for me, if there is an inventory issue, then the order should not have been placed. and then over a month went by and nobody told me that my order was never coming, but still kept my money. That is theft. So I canceled my subscription and won't be coming back and hope there won't be an issue with the remainder of my subscription being fulfilled.

SPRING BOX Never received After calling them multiple times Inquiring about my package they told me that the package was lost and they placed an order for a replacement. I received an email on 3-23 with the tracking information. Everytime I check I check on the status of the replacement it states that the label was created. This Spring box is a replacement for my original Spring box that was never received. Even now when I contact FFF they the representatives can’t even tell me approximately when I will be getting my replacement package. I had an overall horrible experience with FFF and their incompetent customer service representatives. When speaking to the customer service representative I was told that he needs to hang up the call so the supervisor named Wyndal can call me. I waited and waited but never received a call.I regret signing up for an annual membership. This was my first box of my annual membership and the experience was horrible.

Heads up people, do not ever purchase from FabFitFun they will take your money, say the box is shipped but never ship it, not send you the free box offered for spring, and then the company they ship with hang-up on you when you try to get this resolved. All customer service members work out of their own home so there is no way to get anything resolved and thwy won't give me my money back because they trick you with the terms and conditions that no one ever reads. They owe me $200 and I can't get it back.

For the second time I have requested a full refund from FabFitFun for my Spring box that has not been received by the shipper Lasership. This Sping box is a replacement for my original Spring box that was never received. It has been over 30 days since my bank account was charged $73.31 and the replacement box has STILL not been sent to the shipping facility and FFF refuses to refund my bank account.

I am having such a horrible experience.I upgraded to annual and they lost my spring box.Its stuck in Chino ,ca since March 12 and I have been continually writing and insisting something was wrong.they finically said my box was lost.Now I’m contiously writing and asking to put my replacement box in the mail as I have waited long enough and all I’m getting is it will be processed and it can take up to another 14 days and then I have to wait all over again.I feel Thos is terrible service and I will definitely not be renewing my subscription.

Horrible, I have yet to receive my first box. Apparently it was “ lost in transit” after I sent at least 3 emails telling them it hadn’t move out of California. The onus is on the customer to get the box or try to get your money back. After talking with a polite customer service rep, he reordered the Spring box minus add ons that were now not available. It was supposed to be expedited. That was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a tracking number ( plus refund for add ons). One more week and I will cancel but not sure if I’ll get a refund!
