The chat conversation had timed out due to my lack of response when I got a phone call. When I did respond about 10 or 15 minutes later, Earvie returned to the chat, didn't ask me to repeat anything, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and resolved my issue meeting and exceeding my expectations. If the rest of the company works like Earvie this is an amazing company!

Love it so far! Great customer service

I've been a member for years now and have loved each one of the boxes that I have received. My Home is filled in with something new to Decorate, a new aroma fills the air with the scent of a new Candle, most of my Skincare products, other Knickknacks, and Clothing come in each box. You cannot beat the price of these full-size products either and everyone is amazing very helpful and truly caring. Thanks, guys.

Very good products and costumer service. I had a problem once where I didn't receive one of the product I ordered, the refund was fix in no time by text. I have been a suscriber of Fab fit fun since 2016 and I really love those seasonnal boxes !

I love the sub! I’m always very excited to get the variety of items! I also love trying the skin care and makeup brands you offer! One of my all time favorites is Hourglass! And I don’t know what I would do without all my Unhide gifts!
