Been an annual member for several years. They outsource their Customer Service to a foreign country and leave you on hold for sometime. The last box I received had childlike items, an ice tray made of pineapple shapes, a little metal tray, rubber bag...it was missing the only decent item African Shimmering Body Oil. Sat on hold and sent several emails. NOT PLEASED want a refund-

Shipping takes forever. Very slow shipping times. The box isn’t that great.

Jesta D (5/29/2021) from customer care gave me false information. I basically waited for nothing. I received the item I purchased, used and dirty. Upon reaching out to customer care, Jesta D informed me that she requested a replacement. A couple of weeks later while trying to get an update, Angela (6/15/2021) informed me that no replacement was requested. As a longtime consumer and an annual subscriber, receiving a used and dirty item, and being made to wait for nothing was very unfair.

Don't waste your money - The products are fine, but not worth the terrible shipping experience and stress. My last several boxes have taken 2 months to receive (4 weeks minimum to box the products, then 4+ weeks to actually ship to me) even though they promise it will be at your door in 2 weeks. You can contact their customer support, which is absolutely terrible - they refuse to help and don't seem to care in the slightest - offering no solutions at all, ultimately leaving your package in limbo, hoping that it finally gets to you not damaged. I will be cancelling as soon as I can and would recommend that you never give them your money.

My sister turned me on to FFF. I ordered my box in Spring ‘21. I was able to customize and received extra little gifts. What a deal when you add in that I only paid $35. Let me say that I did not purchase the annual plan as I wanted to make sure it was something that I liked, but I did plan on it after receiving Springs box. Come summer box and I’m super excited! I got a notification that customizations were open. I was working at the time and thought I’d get to it later. Mistake #1. You have literally 3 days if you want to choose your products. Who wouldn’t want to choose, right? By the time I went online it said my “box is being shipped”, customizations were closed. So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Mistake #2! Every single item in this box was something that looked like it came from the dollar store. Seriously! It looked as though I got the left over crap that nobody else wanted. I’m not even convinced that these items were even for the “summer” box as my sister received completely different items. A woman I work with received a single item that came in my summer box in a PREVIOUS seasons box! I literally received FFF’s leftover JUNK!!! Never again! I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered. So many questions and frustration from ONE box is now becoming crystal clear as to what FFF is truly all about. Both my sisters are annual members. That’s why I thought it would be great. They’ve cancelled as well.

Website is glitchy. Each time I tried to log in my password was "wrong" even though I was using the correct password. When I tried to reset password, I got a link expired message. Customer service wasn't very helpful. They kept asking for a credit number to verify my account. It was a gift so I didn't have a credit card attached to the account I wasn't able to customize my boxes so I mostly received items I can't use or didn't like. First box was great then it went down hill from there. Emails for "surveys" and promotions were nonstop. I had to unsubscribe repeatedly to finally stop the ridiculous number of emails. Overall just disappointed. *****Someone did contact me through email after this post and reset my password. I can login as of now and have rest my preferences again. Hope this works better

Signed up on a whim and cancelled literally 20 minutes later. I just don’t need another box type thing but it looked cool. Got a confirmation email my box was cancelled, checked the website it said my account was cancelled. Flash forward a few weeks and I have a full charge for the summer box. I called to dispute and they said I had cancelled too late (that same day? The site said I couldn’t even pick my items for another week, so I figured cancelling that day wouldn’t have been a problem). Now I’m worried that this will happen again. But I guess shame on me for falling for this subscription scam. Will file a dispute with my bank. BEWARE. Edit in response: Thanks, spent 20 min on the phone this morning discussing this and you guys can’t fix it. I realize it’s now cancelled, but this doesn’t give me my money back on a box I didn’t want and didn’t customize.

Maybe by NOT using the absolute CHEAPEST shipping method customers wouldn't have to wait so long to receive their box. Waiting weeks is UNACCEPTABLE and for me totally NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!
