I purchased a one year gift subscription for my aunt. She loved it, but after the 1st year Fabfitfun renewed the subscription without notifying me or my authorization. I only recently figured this out, the 3rd year of this subscription. I will never use this as a gift again.

Two days worth of threads regarding MLM option concerns with no real answers, the blanket deletion of the one focused on FFF's lack of response and the unbelievable tone-deafness of removing the best Summer item, the cooler, from boxes only to have them in a following add on sale caused my cancellation. My money doesn't support MLMs or dishonest third parties who promote them.

Bait and switch! Items advertised not in stock! Customer service is bad. Does not give you the right info when inquiring about a replacement item or shipping. Not worth it!!!! Many other boxes out there to try. Post fab fit fun feedback - I ordered the day the box became available to order from abs already the items were out of stock! How can you advertise products that are not in stock! That’s I false advertisement, Bait and Switch! Taking peoples money for advertised products that are not available is a scam.

Horrible email assistance. This is my first experience with your company and I won’t renew my membership. I won’t recommend your company to anyone. Ever.

Items in the box are really junky for what they advertise. But what really got me was the atrocious customer service. I tried to change my shipping address and after more than 20 emails the issue was not solved. Despite the ongoing exchange they shipped out the box anyway, which immediately just went into the trash upon reaching the wrong destination. It took another seven emails just to cancel. Would never recommend

I didn't receive my box even though it says delivered. Lasership, which is the courier they use had an option for delivery instructions, which I used. They obviously didn't follow instructions, and I don't have my order! Everyone is saying wait. Why am I waiting? This is the second time I had trouble with Lasership, which is what I told FabFitFun. I want a refund or my order. Not to be ignored! Some of my customization items probably aren't even available anymore. I want answers and a resolution .

I can’t even write this w/o getting upset. I have waited over 2 months for my box and add ons. Every time I called I got the runaround - my add ons were over $300. I got a box today and no add ons, not the items I even picked and I have the upgraded membership. I have talked up FabFitFun for years but it ends today. When I called and wanted to know about my add ons Ria promised to email me with resolution. She emailed me with a refund and cancelled all of my add ons. Wow you kept my money since April and then because it’s going to take effort you cancel. Shame on you. I plan to write more reviews as I find it very important that people know what happens when the want to not deal with their mistakes. I just signed up with boxy charm- the first box arrived within 2 weeks and it was what I picked. Please don’t write on this review that you value me and am so sorry - I want my add ons as these were gifts and t I paid for these 3 months ago- I never suggested I wanted them cancelled. I expect you to fix it.

They seem to love taking my money but not sending me anything lately. Or... sending me messages that they forgot to ship my box and the things I bought (including paid add-ons) are no longer available. Apparently they are sending me something, but no detail on what that is and no refund on the items I paid extra for. So I assume someone in a warehouse is just slapping a bunch of stuff together and sending me that. 2nd time this has happened. Thumbs way down.
