My Fall ‘21 box didn’t come in the usual cute FFF box, instead in a plain cardboard box badly taped together. Several of the containers inside were damaged, crushed boxes, weird pen marks on them. I reached out to FFF and they apologized and offered a $10 coupon off my next order. I asked for an explanation and got the exact same response, apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a $10 discount. It was weird and disappointing.

Everything was great for the past several years until recently. I did not receive my summer box with my add-ons even though it claimed it was delivered. I checked with my neighbors and she saw the postman that day and he did not deliver any box to our house. We checked the ring camera and she was correct. I contacted customer service on June 27 and dealt with a Grace. She told me she would send out a replacement and I will receive a tracking code. I waited one week and never got a tracking number. I reached back out to Grace several times and got no response. Fast forward to September, still have not heard from anyone in customer service after multiple attempts. Now I have not received my Summer box with my add ons and the second Fall box I ordered as well was ripped and missing a few items. I reached out to customer service on Saturday and no one has gotten back to me after multiple attempts. Customer service is really bad and they do not get back to you.

I paid for an annual membership last fall. I loved the things I received and even though some items weren’t really the best quality, it was nice for the price and some items were worth it. I’ve never had any issues receiving my box— let me also add, I’ve never had any issues receiving any deliveries, unless LaserShi* was chosen as a primary carrier for a company. I’m all for saving a buck, but when it’s hurting your consumers— sometimes, it’s not worth it. That’s my opinion on FabFitFuns decision to use LaserShip as of Spring 2021. I have not received my box despite Laserships “delivered” status— my ring camera didn’t pick up any deliveries that day. I was also home. I was not surprised that this happened as it’s LaserShip behavior. I was assured the box would be reshipped with any carrier except LaserShip. Imagine my surprise when they chose the LaserShip for my replacement box. This is ridiculous. I was so excited to renew my subscription, but as of today, I will be not be renewing and I will warn anyone that asks for my opinion. Yeah, the box is nice, but what’s the point if you’re never going to receive it? I’ve reached out to fabfitfun with this complaint and I get the same “we’re sorry and we will take your comment into consideration”. I’m good on that.

Was so excited for fall items that appear in the brochure, coach necklace, backpack, etc. Instead I just received my third cutting board, a broken toothbrush, another duplicate serum, a cheap cup, a sample of beer… I wouldn’t want this box if it was free. Nothing in this box says fall. I need to get this replaced, refunded or cancel forever. No longer fab, fit nor fun.

I received my box today and was completely shocked to see what was inside. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed. A toothbrush, lash curler, combs, collapsible cup, socks, chapstick and a wooden cutting board. Unfortunately, I will not be paying for this ever again. I have been receiving this for over 2 years and it’s hit and miss. But I am sorry this time around it was terrible and contents do not come close to the cost of the box overall.

it's a first time I ordered a box, there was written that the box will shipped during 2 weeks, already 3th week but they didn't ship yet. I think delete my account.

I just received my box last week and decided to use the backpack, which was said to have a retail price of $60🙄. Anyway I had 2 books, a charging cable and a sweater in this bag……..only 2 hours later it was coming apart at the seams. Horrible quality and I’m probably going to cancel my subscription.

CHARGING ME FOR BOXES I CANT EVEN ACCESS TO CHOOSE WHAT I WANT. THEY CHOOSE THE GARBAGE FOR MY BOX. A TOOTHBRUSH AND COMB WITH LITTLE NONSENSE ITEMS. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME THE REMAINDER OF MY SEASONS OVER A COMPANY TECH ISSUE THEY CANT CORRECT. 🛑DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON’T PROPERLY TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. YALL THE LAST 3 SEASONS I HAVEN’T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO PICK. I’VE DONE ALL THEY HAVE ASKED ON ACCESSING MY ACCT. NOTHING WORKS. WHAT WAS A SELF CARE TREAT HAS BEEN A TIME CONSUMING NIGHTMARE. 😓😡
