There were items missing from one of my boxes and the customer care representative was extremely helpful in working to resolve the issue.

I don’t have any bad things to say I got more then what I expected and loved my box I’ll definitely keep ordering

FFF is actually fun to get. However, if you're not careful, it can get expensive. Customer service is great though!

despite littles errors and delays, customer service will always finds a solution that benefits the member! FFF team is great!

I love the products and the community. However shipping has consistently been an issue. Going on two weeks n no shipping notice but you have my money. Always the general we try to ship orders within two weeks so you cover your but if it goes into 3 weeks. Plus you use DHL and Pitney bowes which are horrendous n it takes an additional week to two weeks after shipment for me ti receive anything

They make things right and care about the customer. They go that extra mile.

I love the items in my box and the customization opportunities that my annual subscription provides. It would be an easy 5 stars if my box ever shipped according to the annual subscription shipping schedule!!

I have been with Fabfitfun since their start up and I was quite shocked and disappointed with a recent purchase that I did during the add on sale for Christmas. Long story short, I was sent a gift set product that was not completed in the gift package and couldn’t believe that fabfitfun would allow a product to be sent to clients like this. It literally was missing an item out of a visual package so it’s not like it’s something that they wouldn’t have not seen while packaging the item for delivery. I contacted customer care with extreme frustration after receiving my item, and was met with a very patient and understanding representative. She helped ease my frustration and assured me that she would take care of the situation, and would follow through with me to the very end which she did. if it wasn’t for this representative I probably would’ve canceled my subscription since this isn’t the first situation I’ve encountered with fabfitfun over the years. Everything was handled professionally by the representative and thanks to her follow through and commitment to making sure I was credited back, I decided my frustration was not worth stopping my subscription when I know it’s handled the right way. with all of this being said, I have always been a fan of fabfitfun and look forward to my seasonal boxes. So for future, fab,fit,fun, please do not deliver items uncompleted to clients who value your products and services. It’s not only frustrating, but disappointing, especially during the holiday seasons!
