I signed up for an annual membership and received the spring box when I signed up. I barely missed the window for annual members for the summer box since the email notification went to my spam. When I reached out just 7 hours after the window closed the representative basically said, they send an email and post on their website, social media accounts and their calendar the customization timeline, check your spam folder for it. I don’t use social media, the message did go to spam and I don’t check their site regularly. It left me out of luck. From looking online at sneak peeks of the box I’m not too thrilled at what might be in a box I didn’t pick. Cocktail shakers, bottle stoppers, other things like that would be disappointing since I have been having a sober home for quite a bit. Other things like skin care, self tanner, etc only works for some. While I liked the idea of a fun box of things I might normally try…this just isn’t it. The retail value on items is high for what the items are.

Have had three negative incidents with the company. Your staff is great to help resolve the issue on the phone, but still not resolved regarding the company. It's too easy to throw 10 dollars at the problem and think that it's going to make the customer satisfied with their experience. Have cancelled my membership due to ongoing dissatisfaction with the company.

NEVER RECEIVED THE UNHIDE ITEM I WAS PROMISED AFTER 2+ YEARS OF A SUBSCRIPTION. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Sadly FFF subscription has lost its touch. I had an annual subscription 2 years ago and the products they offered for the customizations were very good and had a lot of different options that were of good quality. I signed back up for another annual subscription and am sad to say the only good stuff they have now is the skin care options but the other options in customizations have become very lackluster. The only good stuff is now on their flash sales. Had I known that the subscription had changed like this I wouldn’t have signed up for an annual subscription again. I just got my last box and definitely will not be renewing my subscription and will not be coming back to this company anymore.

My box was supposed to come with two Coach items and I didn't receive any. When I contacted customer service, they were "sold out" and I was offered a "mystery box" instead. Also, there were six items in my box. Boxes are $60. I wouldn't pay $10 for any of the six items I received. Edit: I received my "mystery bundle" and it contained 3 items (advertised as being worth $150). I got a blanket (very rough, like something that would be used for animals - I donated it to Goodwill), a night serum, and a DIY tassle kit (for making jewelry out of cotton pompoms and tassles). A complete waste of my time and money.

It really seems like they are only referring people to trust pilot who had positive customer service experiences. Trust me. There are plenty of us who have had bad experiences. Setting aside the horrible mystery items they sent this season and that they have slowly gone from being a box with 8 items to only 6, their shipping is atrocious and customer service lies. They are suppose to ship things within 30 days. They will create a label in 30 days and then actually ship the box a week later. When items are missing from the shipping invoice customer service won’t help because “they are being shipped separately” but also because they might be in the box. In fact they insist they are listed on the shipping invoice when they clearly aren’t there. But because they might be in the box they can’t help until I receive the box and they aren’t there, although they said twice they were shipping separately. Avoid this company. They lie about how great mystery items will be, how quickly they will ship, that annuals will ship first, and that they actually care.

I had heard good things about this subscription, but I have to say I was not impressed. I don’t think they communicate enough with their customers on their process or business model. I will say that I found a few products I liked during my annual subscription, but it was not without headaches. More than once I wasn’t thrilled with the products offered but I didn’t realize until too late that you could ‘swap’ a box. Even when I did, I assumed that meant I would get an ‘extra’ box to replace that one in an upcoming season. Nope. Instead they used that ‘credit’ to pay for the ‘add ons’ and the $6.95 shipping they charge for the add ons. So instead of an entire box, I got a handful of discounted products. Not really the same. When I finally figured out how to cancel, they were clear that I had one box remaining in my subscription and after that I would not be charged anymore. But sticking to their true style of crappy communication, they never sent me an email to tell me when to make my box selections, so now I am getting a box of crap that no one else wanted. Unless you have money to toss out the window in random crap, save the headache and just treat yourself every now and again.

Disappointed in the customization for Summer 2023. Been an annual member for several years and when I went in to make my selections for summer 2023, 4 out of my six customizations were out of stock. So I end up getting things I don’t want.
