The customer care team, shipping, and products have never let me down in the 5 years that I have had this box. I recommend them and their box to everyone I know. Today I had to contact customer care, and the wonderful lady I talked to was so warm, welcoming, and understanding. She took care of me like I expect my own employees to take care of a customer (which I find rare these days).

Tom, the customer representative I dealt with, was really great. He was helpful, empathetic, thoughtful, and solved my issue immediately!

I love my boxes- as a mother of four this was a self care treat to me and I’m so grateful I did because the stuff I’ve received in my boxes were some of my favorite things I’ve ever received before and it felt like Christmas!! Honestly I’ve found some of my favorite items that I now cannot live without for my daily routine of self care! I can’t believe how much I look forward to my fabfitfun box and how quickly I fell in love with it from the first box!!!

I had an issue that was immediate. The the CSR listened to my need and made an immediate decision in my favor. I had prepared for disappointment and a fight... Never happened.
