This company steals!!!! Watch your bank statements! So I wanted my twin sister to join the fun. I sent her the link to 'starter box'. She only had to pay shipping. The box was free. She FINALLY got the box and she said the products were nice but found out that the same week this lying company had taken $51 out of her checking account! She immediately disputed the charge and they got NOTHING! Very bad business! Its a straight up LIE to promote a free box then turn around and charge for it!!! BAD BUSINESS!! AND.... the products have gone downhill too. I will never use, or recommend FABFITFUN to anyone again! I just read the response from FABFITFUN and of course is was some bs corporate response. NO! MY friend was charged IMMEDIATELY not 21 days later and thankfully she GOT HER MONEY BACK!! You are a bogus company and I hope you get shut down soon! You have lost my business and my sisters and many more.

I am completely disappointed in my FFF experience. Last spring, I signed up for an annual membership. I received my first box and was thrilled. When it was time to get my summer box, I only received one item, which I paid extra for, and did not receive anything else. My entire box was missing. I even bought almost $150 of additional items. I contacted customer support and was told I would receive credit for that order. I never received the credit, and yes, my credit card was charged. I will not be renewing my membership after my winter box is received. I hope others out there do not receive the same treatment I was given.

I selected items that were left from the FFF 2021 Fall box. I received a confirmation of the items I selected and a confirmation of payment and shipping. After several weeks, the box arrives. The main item I wanted was not in the box and a substitution was made by FFF. Another item I selected (hair care) was not in the box and I was sent a plastic cube clock?? Apparently, FFF does not have an accurate count of their inventory. I contacted customer care and they refunded the two items. I was told that what I ordered was from the fall box and they don’t have what I ordered (and paid for) and they have moved on to Winter. Is that customer care or customer I don’t care and we didn’t have your items so we just threw 2 random items in your box instead. I canceled my subscription. Deeply disappointed because I really wanted the 2 items they didn’t send.

Was displaced by Hurricane Ida so I never received my Winter Box. I sent them an email and gave them the correct address and they sent the second box to the same old address that was destroyed. Now, I’ve been getting the run around by customer service and still have not gotten my winter box!!!

The site does.not let me on to look at the products.I contacted fff and they did nothing .

I really have never left a bad review, so I am very hesitant in writing this; however, I feel that it is important that others know how frustrated I am right now! I have been given the run around about my box for months now and it is so frustrating to be told that your box will be sent time and time again only for one excuse after the other for it not being sent…. And given credit to your account does not make it okay. I bought the annual subscription so that I got first choice of items and so that my box would ship first….. that has not proven to be the case. My daughter-in-law, who does not pay annually received her box last month and yet, I am still waiting and have been told that my box has items that are unavailable and I had to choose other items to replace those items!! I was given “complimentary “ sunglasses, but also told that the box STILL has to be assembled and then shipped!!! We are talking the FALL box folks!!! Keep in mind the winter box customization begins in November!!!! I MIGHT get my fall box by the time I get my winter box….. I should be given 2 fall boxes…. A $15 credit and a pair of sunglasses just don’t make things right! I still have no box and to be honest…. No box in sight….. very very frustrated!!!

I never received my fall box and I’ve reported it missing at least 3 times. Cedrix is the only person to say that he was shipping a new box out but I’m still nervous because I haven’t received my refund or box yet . I know things happen but to go this long before someone actually did something is disappointing. I pay a lot for a years subscription.

Very first time ordering this box and I never received it ... and of course since you have to wait so many days before inquiring why your box is not moving and has been sitting in the same exact place since Oct 2nd with no movement at all then the one thing that I really ordered the box for is no longer available (that was the frying pan) .... not a very good first impression ...Customer service rep was excellent ..and I will wait to get the replacement box before I decide if I'm going to cancel or not
