Received a gift card for $200 as a Christmas present. They require a membership and credit card on file in order to redeem the gift card. There are no options for a one time purchase. Therefore the $200 will be wasted as I don't want to enroll in their membership. I can't even give this away as it feels wrong to make someone sign up for a membership and have a credit card on file as a "gift". Pretty poor offerings all the way around!

FabFitFun - AVOID at all cost! I really enjoyed my Fab Fit Fun box for many seasons before I decided to end my subscription. In July 2021, I canceled my membership and thought it was done...until I kept getting box after box after box. I received my confirmantion email indicating that I had canceled the subcription. Here I sit on November 28, 2021, with yet another box of stuff I don't want. You cannot remove your credit card from the account. You cannot call someone to speak to at the business. I'm now going to BLOCK them from charging my credit card and contest this last box. Subscription lovers...this is a permanent subscription that you cannot end unless you put in hours of work to end it!

Woke up this morning to an email from FabFitFun stating they were trying to charge my credit card. I signed up two years ago and canceled after one box because it’s just a bunch of junk. Now they are trying to charge a credit card they have no authorization to charge. STAY AWAY FROM FABFITFUN. They are a scam.

I am new to fab fit fun and was told from a friend she loved it. We plan our box picks as soon as we know what to expect. This box we both felt like it wasn't something we would love but wanted the make the best of it because she had never been disappointed before. We ordered our boxes the same day at the same time. We literally love right next to each other and her box always arrives before mine. We have had it the past few months since I've joined. I picked mystery picks for 2 of my customizations thinking I would get something awesome and completely different from what was offered from my options. If I wanted something from the options I would have picked it.upon opening my box I was was so disappointed that I didn't get something different. She wanted to be there to see what awesome options I got only for both of us to be disappointed with what was sent. If I wanted something on the customization i would have pick and paid extra as I have in the past for what I wanted.

Though it would be fun to get for my wife. Just one box, that was wrong because I cancelled after that and thats were they kept emailing and charging me. I unsubsribed so many times and pleaded not to be harassed or contacted again but they are still keeping it up that now theres no way around it I have to take legal recourse. Oh ya its been over a year.

I do NOT RECOMMEND this company. I signed up in the Fall 2021 and I was so excited for the winter box, the company had been showing off all the items and I was really looking forward to it. The MORNING that customizations opened, everything I wanted was no longer available!! Thats like false advertising! Evidently I found that this is a common issue with this company , myself and several other people cancelled our subscription immediately 😑 . Very bad business!!

Fabfitfun is a terrible company to work with. I accidently signed up for a full year membership and immediately cancelled it (within 2 minutes). Despite the cancellation, they still charged me and refused to give a refund. They kept sending me quarterly boxes and used that as a further excuse to not give a refund. Do not sign up with them. There are many subscription services that actual care about customer service.

Buyer beware. I purchased a 1 year subscription, $197+ one time pay, as a Christmas gift last year. This was not auto pay. FabFitFun billed my credit card again this year! They did not have permission to do this and they certainly did not give me a heads up beforehand. I called my credit card company and they told me that FabFitFun manually forced the charge. Of course I cannot find a number to speak with a real person and the customer service person who I emailed with, Jack, has now ghosted me. 😩
