Very friendly and helpful

Not only are the products great, but this company has very good customer service.

i had an issue with my address on my fab fit fun account, i realized i had my old address on my account and i seen they were getting ready to ship my spring box, so i quickly updated my new address since i moved, i seen they shipped it and it said it was being delivered to my old address, so i called Fab Fit Fun customer service and told them the problem and the person sent the delivery service which is lasership they were send a request about re routing my box to my current address i just don't want my box being delivered to my old address i also called lasership and they said they had got that request sent to them earlier on in the day so they resolved it i have not yet received my spring box since i am an annual member but thank you fab fit fun for caring and being professional the customer service name was Junil in PH he was awesome

FFF has the best customer service! They listen to what you say and find a resolution quickly. Great company, they are very customer focused!

I am extremely happy with my boxes every season. If there is an issue it is taken care of quickly and they have options of how I would like it to be handled. I love this program!
