My boxes always come in the time states on the e-mail that they send. The bronze highlighter in the summer box did come crumbled. I called the customer service number and I received a $10 credit to my account. I was happy with that. The boxes have items that everyday women can use. Did I mention the boxes have great designs so they can make great storage or gifts! This is a happy customer!
