You offer a mystery option but the context and description is a lie. The box was just a bunch of the selections other people did not choose lazily dumped into the box. The selections this month were mostly low quality and useless, that is why I didn’t pick any of them! Mystery option is not only misleading and a horrible option, but also what made this experience so bad and huge waste of my time and money. For reference; It said the selection would be something different from this months options, could be something from another box or even of higher value! Customer service refuses to admit this specific issue, some have offered other things, other was super rude and dismissive.

I ordered the box after seeing all the great designer items my daughter received. I am not happy with one item. All low end. What’s can you do for me?

I got a message saying my FabFitFun box was delivered while I was at work. Was super excited, until I came home to find it was not there. I did receive my chewy box and my factor meals the same day, so I know other delivery services were able to get into my apartment building. I checked the lasership email and it even said I signed for it at 3 40 pm. I called customer service and she said that sometimes they will say it was delivered and sign the customers name. Isn’t that illegal? Customer service also said I had to wait at least another week to call back up in case i do receive my FabFitFun box. I asked for a supervisor or manager and she said that one isn’t available at the moment, I said I can wait a little bit, but she said I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours to speak to someone. Wow, customer service these days are really nonexistent. I don’t know, just was kind of hoping for someone to even pretend to do something for me. I’ve been a customer for quite a few years, honestly the items have been less than spectacular the last year, so I was considering cancelling. Now I definitely will be cancelling. Thanks for literally nothing.

These boxes used to be exciting and well put together and delivery USED to be perfect. I transferred offices and changed my address on the app before i left. The new box was delivered to my old office so my coworkers held it for me. I called FFF and they updated their system as it didn’t match what I had changed on the app. Since then- I have not received my last 2 boxes. It’s being delivered somewhere near my old office but someone signed for it on Sunday and we aren’t even open on the weekends. They sent out a replacement box that was full of damaged items and what appeared to be free samples or items I had received before. The box weighed almost nothing. I called and she said offered my apology and 25% off. I accepted and hoped this would be the last time this happened. Nope- The summer box was shipped to the incorrect address again and I got a notification that delivery was attempted and failed and I could see again- to the old office. i contacted Laser Ship and the box was “delivered”- same signature as the previous missing box and again- not to either of my addresses on file. Laser ship said FFF could start a claim- the rep at FFF said there was nothing she could do. She is resending the box but some of my items are now sold out. So two times in a row I’m not receiving what I ordered and no one can help me ? The boxes used to arrive packed in a display and had impressive items and the last year and half has been super disappointing in delivery, product choices and the simple fact they can’t change my address. The rep said she had no idea why my boxes were going to the old address. So I’m going to cancel my membership after I receive (IF I ever receive) this next replacement box as this has become more headache than the replacement boxes are worth.

Wow talk about going down in customer service. My fab fit fun box is lost the label was created 11 days ago and nothing has been updated the last note says no box was received. They won’t do anything about it. And I said what if I wanted to cancel my membership and the customer service department said go ahead. I’m supposed to call back in three days because somehow they think in three days there will be movement. I am an annual customer for over five years. They used to do better. I am certainly rethinking whether or not this is worth it the boxes have been somewhat blah and not as exciting and I honestly can get the same deals shopping online I don’t need more junk.

Duplicate billing. Refusal to refund for 2 memberships and only willing to combine them to extend the membership despite my cancellation. You can cancel at anytime but you will not be refunded. You will not get your money back from this company EVER, no exceptions. Be wise and understand this.

Alvin messed up my order and I didn’t receive any add on items that I wanted. He didn’t follow my instructions and that ended up with me canceling my further subscription of FFF. However I could retrieve part of my lost promotional credits with help of Nathan

I accidentally subscribed annually because I was multi tasking and customizing my seasonal box while I was working. I chatted with heart 2 minutes later and Heart said FFF doesn't refund and cannot cancel my yearly subscription. Heart was nice, though.
