Some boxes are better than others. This box can be kind of expensive. I justify the cost of it in that there have been boxes with beautiful items that made me feel good about myself. Its a form of self care. However, I have noticed lately that some of the boxes seem to be decreasing in quality. I am hopeful that this will change with time and that the quality will improve ahain.

Hi Mattilan! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We always want our members to feel great about the items they receive and we're sad to hear some of this season's items missed the mark for you. We would love to hear which types of items you would be most interested in seeing in your future boxes and hope you will take our end of the season product survey so our teams can curate the best boxes! We look forward to surpassing your expectations in the future! Xo

Awaiting the arrival of the fab fun fit box is my guilty pleasure and a wonderful way to treat myself. Some products I would never think to buy but end up loving, for example the pillow spray.

I love the program but feel the selections are not as good as when I first joined.

I love getting the box. I hope they have some different and new options this next year. More up to date shipping for special orders would be good. I got a Black Friday deal and have no idea when I will get it or it will even ship but I already paid for it.

Hi Jackie! Thank you so much for leaving a review! We would love to look into your Black Friday shipping! Typically, it should ship out within two weeks! However, we'd love to take a further look! Feel free to reach out to us fff.me/care. Xo

I love trying new products I otherwise would never of heard of, but I find the shipping time to be unbearable! I know it might sound petty but the hype of getting my shipment in my hands is more than I can handle sometimes! 🤣
