Not the service centers problem, they did the best they could but the FFF community not following through by informing a category item will not be in my box and has to be replaced, but I should have a choice of the replacement. I did receive a credit, but I’m the one that had a call for it

He was helpful, nice, and responded fast. I didn't give 4 stars because of the box. I know we get 4 f boxes a year. But when you look at all your advertisements for FFF, this lady is sitting in the middle of like a hundred items. I got my 5 items I chose and a bonus box for signing up for annual subscription. The bonus was fine. However, I was told when I called a few weeks ago that my spring box would come with a bunch of things I didn't pick along with my 5 items. I am just upset that this didn't happen. I was looking forward to a nice full box of things and I didn't get that. I wonder what my summer box is going to look like since I won't have the bonus I got from signing up in it. Its going to be 5 things and a bunch of paper to stuff it full.

i just signed up as a brand new member, but unfortunately the customizations left for my first box were very slim pickings! it was disappointing to sign up for a new exciting service and not be impressed with the first offering. i'm optimistic that i'll get better options in the future!

The representative was polite and knowledgeable, but the automatic checkout seems to be forces sales on customers. I have hand tremors and had no idea that I had accidentally put socks in basket. No warning of charge until it had already been processed. This seems like an unfair business practice.

Got my box and had wrong items in it. Received 2 items that I will never use. Contacted them and they were unable to send the right items. They did credit my acct but now I can't get what I really wanted. Mistakes happen but disappointed this happened.
