I have been a FabFitFun subscriber for a few years now and find great value with each box. I love discovering new products I might have hesitated on purchasing in a department or beauty store. The edit sales are also valuable with great discounts. My skin has definitely improved thanks to some of these now-favorite products!

I have received 2 boxes now ,Summer and Autumn and was very pleased with both boxes. I had a problem with my summer box being late due to a new warehouse, I found the customer care I received was fantastic , I was given 15% off my next purchase. I find the add on sale and edit sale unbeatable for savings . Look forward to many more boxes.

I really enjoyed my first couple of boxes. It was lots of fun. I just don't need that much lotion and creams and scrubs. Had no problem canceling my subscription. Customer service was friendly. However I never got a credit for my daughter signing up.

I started my subscription in July, the Summer box was delivered within the month. The Autumn box was billed on the 7th of August and I received it today (29th August). The process has been very smooth and transparent, Fabfitfun have notified me when I'm being billed, when the box is being prepared and when it has been shipped along with the tracking number. I have loved the products in both boxes, and like that you can customise 3 items to suit your tastes. In the Autumn box, I especially love the scarf and cheese board. Will definitely continue my subscription and would recommend using Fabfitfun to my friends and family.

absolutely blown away by this company and service. not only are the items in the box worth so much more than the price we pay, but also their customer service is 10/10. I received my fall box and i was happy with everything that came in it, however i was missing my lifestyle item and i was very sad about it. i emailed their customer service people and they responded very quickly and told me they were so sorry and that they would send my traveling yoga mat to me asap. very pleased with everything about this company. definitely recommend!!!

It is surprising to read alllll the bad reviews. i have never had a really bad experience. Yes shipping is not super fast but it is not like online shopping, nothing for me was delayed beyond the given time frame. but i have heard a lot of people complain about shipping issues. May be happened for me once or twice but i was impatient and it said 2 weeks times which it was shipped literally at the end of two weeks. I am an annual member and just renewed for my 2nd year, never been charged wrong or shipped wrong or missing items so far. NEVER ever get SPAM emails that people mentioned, it is a subscription so just like anyyyyy other company they market articles or posts on FFF. But i always save in calendar the dates they send for customization and add-ons. I would not have renewed and waste my hard earned money if I had any major issues. Even a few times if a had a questions CS was quick to reply. They even sent my damaged replacement item in time. So I hope i am not going to JINX it now (KNOCK on Wood) all well for me so far. I would neverrrrr have tried all these expensive skin care products if not for FFF
