I love fabfitfun they are so personable They are great room company and I couldn't be happier with my preferred membership for annual membership 😁 They resolved my issue immediately I didn't have to wait more than 24 hours for someone to respond to me excellent company

I received an email from FFF and I was quite surprised and pleased at how they handled things. They went out of their way to make things right and I appreciated that very very much so with that being said, it definitely changes my view of FabFitFun. I will say that their customer service is top notch.

FFF always has great customer service. Responses are usually less than 24 hours unless there’s unusually high volume, in which case they always let you know if and why there may be a delay. CS reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They have been able to resolve 100% of my issues or concerns which haven’t been many in the many years that I have been a customer.

I didn't realize what I hit and she fixed it so I can buy boxes starting August 10 for fall one at a time and refunded quickly.

I was able to change my address. Thank you I'm not sure of the date.
