I had an issue with an order I made a few weeks ago and I contacted customer support and they fixed it immediately and I received a confirmation email shortly after with shipping information. I am so please with their service and most of all I've loved every item in every box. This is by far the best subscription box there is out there! and the perks of giving friends mini boxes for only $5 is awesome!!! The mini boxes are the best things ever, I hope they offer them monthly! I freaking love FabFitFun!!!!!!!

I wanted to let Celeste’s management know how excellent her support was with me today. I hope she gets a reward for her great work today. I wasn’t expecting anything except a better understanding of what I could have done differently if my extra items are omitted again in the future. I had already read online that if things were missing, I had a limited time to reach out but due to holidays, I didn’t have time to contact y’all. I was bummed about missing out on the blanket. My gfs said it was one of the best quality items ever. But I didn’t even tell Celeste that. I wasn’t complaining. I just wanted to understand what I did wrong. So she blew my mind when she offered to send me a blanket for free. She was patient and polite and she exceeded all of my expectations. FFF has the best support. In a world where customer service is suffering, this is a wonderful surprise. Keep up the great work. This is why your customer base continues to grow. Customer care is out of this world and so are all the products. A lot of Full sized products for the fraction of the cost of 1. Things you thought you could never try because it would cost too much elsewhere!!! Perks galore and they have you feeling like a queen who deserves a special pampered box custom to each individual and their preferences.

I love FFF! Products are high quality and full size not test size. It’s fun to customize your box but also fun to get surprises. I get to try items I never knew about.

This is THE best subscription box. I get so many things I love and use. Occasionally, a couple items I don't, but they make great gifts. Each box is well worth what you pay for it AND you get to customize your box. There are add ons, edit sales, and fff community to make this even better. I love love love fff and will be a member for life.
