It was great quick friendly professional overall a great experience

I have not had any bad experiences with FabFitFun; however, this last time I had not received my winter box as indicated by shipping details. It totally could have been my fault as I don't check the mail often and perhaps it was sent back for that reason. Either way, the customer care team took care of me and they will have another box sent out within 3 weeks!! This is my 2nd year as a select member and I love it!!

I have had two interactions with them thus far, and both times they have been absolutely amazing and able to help me out with my issues!

This company is easy to work with. You can cancel your plan any time. They send timely emails to remind you to customize your box. If they mess up your order, customer service is very quick.

Had a shipping problem and never got my box but I called and they have the best customer service I have ever dealt with ever and the wonderful woman on the other end of the line yess I really person we just the nicest so even though I was upset I didn’t get my box they sent a new one out and I didn’t mind because they treated me so kindly and with respect and understanding I will definitely be upgrading to yearly instead of seasonal

I absolutely love this box. Have yet to be disappointed. I always get the items I choose and the extra items are always great. LOVE FabFitFun!!!!
