Great customer service! I wasn't totally happy with my box due to my own confusion admittedly (I thought I was sent the wrong choice item, but it was one of the random items and I got all my choice items lol). But JD went above and beyond and helped me out as well as explaining very kindly what I had misunderstood.

My CSR not only answered my question to a tee and helped me with my specific problem I came to her with and she listened whole heartily and understood my story. On November 6, 2019 I experienced loss of my unborn baby boy at 28 weeks pregnant. She did everything and so much more by gifting me a spring box while I take care of myself and my medical bills. Little did she know that there is so much more to our story over the past few months... My fiance's Grandma that we live next to and that raised him his entire life, was diagnosed with her Third round of breast cancer. This diagnosis came between Christmas and New year's day. Andddd that's still not it. Our dog, that was going to be my Colton's best friend. That IS my best friend. My ever consistent emotional support that I rely so heavily on, tore her back right ACL. We only just found this out between last week and this week over three different vet visits and undergoing x-rays and sedation so they could on down exactly what it was hurting her. My poor little baby dog is only 3 years old and can't use 1/4 legs for the past few weeks. Well she needs surgery so that's scheduled for the 22nd and that's an upfront payment before I can take my doggo home. Then to top it all off the vet told us it's a common ailment for the missed breed that she is so she'll need the left back leg done in 2-3 years. I'm only telling you guys this so you can appreciate how much Steph truly gifted me a moment of feeling understood, seen and she comforted me on top of doing her job. Plus something to look forward to when I don't look forward to much anymore under all these circumstances. She's a wonderful person and customer service rep. I'm ready to stand strong in the face of my obstacles, as long as there's good in this world, i will remain strong. Thank you for your time and the opportunity to praise Steph.

Anytime there has been an issue, FabFitFun has been willing to resolve it. Even though they are partnering with different brands they still honor their products and descriptions. I consider this to be above and beyond service. More on their usual operations: Getting to select what is sent to me is the best way to get the best quality stuff that will not go to waste, even if it is a re-gift item. Sometimes there are less exciting offerings that may be perfect for others, but not for me. Add-ons have inspired new obsessions of mine and helped me discover new product as extremely fair first try prices. I have been pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with FabFitFun and look forward to future interactions and purchases.

FabFitFun has great customer service. If there is any issue or I have any question they respond quickly and resolve/answer diligently. Very pleased.

You don't often get great customer service anymore. I reached out with a question and overall 'lackluster' feedback on my recent order and Frank give me the white glove VIP treatment. I am more than impressed with my experience with FabFitFun. The box and items I received are amazing, but now I'm just as impressed with the customer service. Kudos to a great company!

I really like the box because I receive items I would not normally buy myself, or are brands I have never heard of. I've been struggling whether or not to give fabfitfun 4 or 5 stars. The reason I say that is because some of the products do not feel/ look like they're worth the amount that it says on the sheet. Some feel cheaper. The reason I did end up giving 5 stars is these products are unique, can take me out of my comfort zone, or as I said before, I might not have gotten them myself.

I have had several Fabfitfun boxes and I always get more than my moneys worth. The products are extremely upscale and you always get a variety. My daughter and I share the box and we are able to split everything up perfectly. We never have anything that neither of us wants. I have only had a couple issues with products not working or breaking and Fabfitfun took care of it promptly and so graciously.
