Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I put the wrong zipcode by one number on accident and UPS said that they were going to reroute it and deliver it to the correct address. Over a month later I followed and UPS said they threw the package away and never tried to deliver to the correct address or send it back to FabFitFun. I contacted FFF and they were more than happy to send a replacement or refund me. Every time I contact them for any needs they are more than happy to make things right, even when it wasn't their fault. THIS is customer service. Thank you so much.

Great products and wonderful customer service!
The whole subscription is a nice way to treat yourself once a season, and you can tell that the team wants to do everything they can to make sure your experience is special. I had a problem customizing one of my boxes and after I reached out to them they immediately responded and were super nice about finding a solution. I definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about at least trying one box.
