I found myself really upset because I had not received my box of goodies. When I called or texted, rather, I got a response right away and then two or three texts the issue was resolved thanks to a young man who loves his job. I’ve been with FAT FIB FUN for a few years and I’ve never had any problems. I’m pleased to know that should I ever need help again it’s very simple to contact the company and get a response from the company. And best of all RESULTS!!!!
