I could not receive the link to reset…
I could not receive the link to reset my password and reached to the help link. We were cut off during the chat and this agent reset my password and sent the info back to me. He was professional and efficient and I felt he went above and beyond.

Fab Fit Fun is amazing :)
Fab Fit Fun is amazing :) It really is like Christmas 4 times/year! You definitely get more value than you pay for and there’s always interesting new products - that you might not pick out yourself but they’re always neat to try! Customer service is 👌🏻 too! Very friendly, understanding agents who respond quickly.

Resetting Password
I'd tried this morning to reset my password. The system didn't send a link so I went on chat. Within a couple of minutes they reset the password and provided a link to reset it to a more secure one after. She also gave me the time of when the add-on sale would begin this morning. I had access to my account and lots of time until the sale starts!

I love this company! It’s a package to always look forward to getting in the mail! This is such a great subscription service to do! I love all the items in my box! The boxes are so pretty too!
