I just ordered my first box and I was unable to find where to add the persons name who referred me. Contacted customer service and Vanessa was very kind. Explained why I was unable to find the referral. However, she was able to provide fantastic customer service and give the referring member the credit. I immediately upgraded from seasonal.

I made a mistake with my membership renewal on FabFitFun and their customer service immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. That is rare when dealing with big companies. I love my FFF boxes so much and this experience with their customer service only made me love it more. Hopefully if you have any issues with FFF you get Elon on the online chat because he was amazing to deal with.

I love my Fab Fit Fun boxes! The value and quality of the products are amazing and full sized not a tiny wish you had more sample.

Fabfitfun is a great deal.when you honestly ask yourself how much you would pay for each item and ask yourself if you actually WOULD purchase it. Every time, the value has been higher than what I actually pay. Don't get too caught up in the stated retail price or you'll think they're pulling your leg. Haha! Also, they have fantastic customer service. They've replaced several items that didn't fit me easily and promptly.
