Jack was fantastic and provided first handle resolution at its finest. Was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and I’m truly grateful that FFF is so easy to work with when there is an issue ( which thankfully is rarely).

This is my second 5 star review. I honestly don’t know how they find the most amazing selection of top notch products from milk frothers to placemats to lip gloss to ear muffs ALL amazingly high quality 6 products for $60 per quarter or less if you are an annual subscriber. Apparently and UNSURPRISINGLY FFF has over a million subscribers. And in spite of inflation they STILL do NOT sacrifice quality and deliver the best. I anticipate the change of seasons when the FFF spoilers start rolling out. Bravo to Katie and Tasha and everyone who brighten our lives.

I enjoy the great prices throughout the year and customizing my boxes. I add a mystery choice for my box just to have an extra surprise. One time I had a product come defective. So I contact them and ask to communicate by text. In less than a minute someone was texting me. Took care of the issue right away. Done. They followed up to see if I had any other questions or concerns. It was all from a real person. Had real conversations which is a major plus for me
