FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I really have enjoyed the boxes and the products. I failed to log in for my winter box but was very happy with the products that I got. I love trying the products because I would never have stepped out my regular routine had I not subscribed.

I signed up for Fab fit fun and added too many things to my box by mistake. Wasn’t too clear on the site on how to pick out your box. You only get to pick one thing, but yet are asked over and over to pick stuff out. The add did say to customize your first box, so I did. I was charged for each individual item. I emailed them to cancel it and in a day they got back to me and had canceled my order and fixed my box for me. They were helpful and understood my problem and fixed it quickly.

I ordered a mini box on black Monday and started my membership. The mini box was pretty cool, it had a cute travel case with 3 items of skin/haircare products. I love the shower flower infused body scrubber! The leave in hair mask is a great product but the sprayer malfunctions after about 3 sprays. Whoomp whoomp. The big box arrived after much anticipation and to be honest I was less than enthused. For my first big box I opted for the "surprise me" option and it left a lot to be desired. I got another kind of leave in mask which, how much can one person use in a month? And another form of body wash, though not the same it's the same thing. The Swarovski necklace is so cheap looking I would never wear it and the journal is cute but not cute enough. The make up eraser is just a Terry cloth towel but still a great product. For my next box I will customize and see if it is any better.

Love the slippers and the R&Co shampoo and conditioner. Have not tried other products yet.

I was a little disappointed with the items I received from the items that I got to choose from. They were out of some of the items I wanted when I ordered to begin with. I did talk to Max via chat and he did explain to me. This was my first box so when I get the next one I will update my review.

Good boxes full of great items. I like that with items I wouldn’t, or don’t have access to, I get to try them, see how well it works with my skin. The boxes come with a variety of items geared towards the season which is great. Just a fun way to treat and pamper myself!

My only real issue with FabFitFun is that they automatically charge you for what's in your basket during their edit sales. So if I put something in there, forget about it and then the billing date happens, I get charged for it even though I never actually "checked out." This piece seems a little dishonest to me, since I leave things in the basket for almost every website I use. They are upfront that you don't have to formally check out, so the onus is on the shopper not to put anything in there they don't want. At the end of the day, that feature seems dishonest. Otherwise, they're great & have good customer support.

It's ok I am just starting off with your company but, like it is ok.i am not saying hate it.i like it for now and in my next box I would like make and perfume and moisturizer cream that's all I am going for but, thank you I appreciated it all.
