I requested cancellation during the annual subscription. Was told I would not get any money back which is fine. Apparently they did not cancel my subscription, it renewed and I was never notified via email. In my opinion they stole my money as they renewed me and charged my card. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Their products are faulty and cheap quality, so I contacted customer service 6 months ago and told I would get a credit. Never got the credit and didn’t find out until they charged me for something that was supposed to be covered by it. Sent a message to customer service and it took 6 HOURS for them to get back to me via text message, and then another HOUR of texting back and forth. The refused to give a reasonable resolution. After making several more mistakes in the process they finally said they would give me the original credit I never got 6 months ago and didn’t care that I experienced significant inconvenience because of their mistakes. Canceling my membership (after 3 years of being a loyal customer, which means nothing to them) immediately.

I never received a notification that my box was ready to customize. I did not renew my subscription after 3 years, but had one last spring box left. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they were sorry they didn't send the notification & they'd refund me $35.02! Wait- I paid VIP annual $199 divided by 4 should come out to $49.99 a box. Oh no, they told me they were $54.99 a box & there was a $20 member fee that gets taken off the last box! What the?! I never agreed to a member fee. This USED to be a good subscription service and the last year, it totally has gone downhill! From poor quality items, switch & bait advertising, out of stock items, overpriced add ons, and shipping mishaps- I'm done & would not recommend them! Nowadays, there are many more options to choose from for a very similar subscription service!! EDIT: Thanks for your canned response Fabfitfun, but NO a member of your team WAS NOT able to assist me! lol

I received a broken air purifier. And instead of receiving another one I only got a 25.00 add on gift card. I’m grateful but it stinks bc that purifier was retailed at 99.00 dollars. The customer service rep was so nice and understanding though. She helped me the best she could.

Fab fit fun should be subject to a class action lawsuit for their cyber Monday scam! I had an inactive account and was browsing and they shipped the items without my authorization and did not cancel the order upon request. I have never had a merchant send items to me without authorization and that is exactly what fabfitfun did. They “posted” this on their website! I don’t know how this is legal but if it is, it is totally unscrupulous.

I’ve never shopped on a website that will automatically check you out if you leave items in your cart. Imagine my surprise at a $566 charge on my account days after I put 12 items in my cart but didn’t purchase a single thing. After seeing the change, I canceled my debit card thinking it has been stolen. Afterwarda, I called FabFitFun and they told me it was basically stated in the fine print that they would automatically check out any items left in your cart. Who does that? They know how often people will leave things in their cart, so they thought they could do this and get away with it because of their zero return policy. It’s deceptive. Luckily, the person I spoke with canceled my order and refunded me, but reminded me this was a one-time courtesy. I used to order their boxes all the time. Never again.

VERY CONCERNING… .. I WAS LOOKING INTO BUYING A FEW ITEMS FROM FIT FAB FUN AND PUT THESE ITEMS IN MY CART, BUT AT NO TIME DID I PRESS PURCHASE AS I WAS STILL THINKING ABOUT IT. A DAY LATER I GET AN EMAIL SAYING WE TRIED TO PUT YOUR ORDER THRU BUT YOU HAVE TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD. THANK GOD IT WAS AN EXPIRED CARD OR ELSE THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!! SO UPSETTING…. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM NOW….. SCAMMERS

My Winter Box (first of annual membership) never arrived and I've not been able reach a customer care agent directly via either the chat function they force you to use, or by tweet. Nevermind by email, as there's no email address to be found anywhere!? Have never come across such awful customer care. How can I try to resolve if I can't reach them? Am in the UK so text isn't an option. Steer well clear of this company if you're outside of the US, it's a proper racket and you run the risk of being fleeced. Doubt I'll see a refund and thought it best to warn others who might be tempted to sign up. Update, I've since heard from FFF and they are refunding me.
