My first experience with FabFitFun customer service was freaking amazing. I had ordered a seasonal box and after the purchase, I decided to go for the yearly membership... she helped consolidate my membership and refunded me the seasonal box since I now have the highest subscription. She went above and beyond in helping me and was so sweet.
